    Existing Clients

    • Existing clients needing to update insurance, credit/debit card on file, or any of your personal information can edit such information using the Patient Portal.
    • Please email billing@ahhcounseling.com if you have questions about insurance coverage or billing issues.
    • To reschedule an appointment, please contact your provider directly or call our office at 407-450-5985.
    • Regarding administrative questions, please contact Lucy Pastor at teamcare@ahhcounseling.com
    Per AHHCC’s financial agreement there is a $45 fee for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.

    Referring Providers

    • You can feel confident with your decision to refer to AHHCC. Our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and therapists works in a collaborative manner to provide the best all-around care for clients and families. Our team of intake coordinators, billing specialists and providers make it an easy transition for families and individuals to start services at AHHCC. We work as a team to make the process simple and smooth! If you refer a client directly to us, our intake team will coordinate with the client or family directly and update your agency as necessary.
    • To send a direct referral please fax your agency referral form to 407-604-6883 or complete our Appointment Request Form.
    • To speak with our intake coordinator before you initiate a referral, please call 407-450-5985 ext. 107.
    • Once your referral has been received, we will contact the client directly to schedule!
