Existing clients needing to update insurance, credit/debit card on file, or any of your personal information can edit such information using the Patient Portal.

Per AHHCC’s financial agreement there is a $45 fee for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.

You can feel confident with your decision to refer to AHHCC. Our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and therapists works in a collaborative manner to provide the best all-around care for clients and families. Our team of intake coordinators, billing specialists and providers make it an easy transition for families and individuals to start services at AHHCC. We work as a team to make the process simple and smooth! If you refer a client directly to us, our intake team will coordinate with the client or family directly and update your agency as necessary.
